/ 2 Dashes Lemon Bitters

A bracing and vibrant dry martini that marries Renais Small Batch Gin with Chablis wine and lemon bitters

Step 1

PLACE YOUR GLASS IN THE FREEZER!

Step 2

Add all your ingredients into a mixing glass, fill to the brim with large chunks of clear, quality ice, stir with the end of a spoon for 20 seconds to chill and dilute.

Step 3

Remove your glass from the freezer and strain your cocktail into it.
